This policy covers cancellations and refunds for paid features of Deal Master (credits for generating your own scenarios, and any paid library unlock). It is part of our Terms of Service.
1. Your right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
If you are a consumer in the EU, you generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase without giving a reason.
2. Digital content — important
Credits and library unlocks are digital content supplied immediately. By purchasing and choosing to use them right away, you expressly request that we begin performance during the withdrawal period and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content has been fully supplied (i.e. once a credit has been spent on a generation, or the library has been unlocked). Unused credits that have not yet been spent remain within the 14-day withdrawal window.
3. How to request a refund or withdraw
To withdraw or request a refund, email ben@thecatalyne.com with your account email and what you purchased. You may use a clear statement such as: "I withdraw from my purchase of [credits / library unlock] made on [date]." We will confirm receipt.
4. Refunds
Where a refund is due (e.g. valid withdrawal for unused digital content, or a billing error), we refund using the same payment method you used, without undue delay and within 14 days. Refunds for partially used credit packs are prorated to the unused credits.
5. Problems & goodwill
If a generation fails through our fault, the credit is not consumed (and is restored if it was). If something went wrong with a purchase, contact us — we will make it right. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
